OI — Organisational Intelligence is operated by Ignite The Human Spark SEZC, a Cayman Islands special economic zone company. References to “OI”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms refer to the OI initiative and its operator, Ignite The Human Spark SEZC.
2. Purpose of the site
The site provides educational content, executive learning, frameworks, diagnostics and information about advisory services relating to organisational intelligence, artificial intelligence, strategy, work, leadership, organisational transformation and execution.
3. No professional or guaranteed outcome
Content on this site is intended for general educational and strategic discussion purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, employment or other regulated professional advice. Organisational decisions should be made in light of your own circumstances and, where appropriate, with suitably qualified advisers.
We do not guarantee that any framework, diagnostic, recommendation, programme or service will produce a particular commercial, organisational or performance outcome.
4. OI Stress Test
The OI Stress Test is a directional executive diagnostic. It is not represented as a validated psychometric assessment, clinical instrument or automated decision system. Its scores and profiles are intended to support inquiry and leadership conversation, not to replace professional judgement or determine employment, credit, legal or other consequential outcomes concerning individuals.
5. OI Academy
OI Academy content may include free microlearning, articles, learning releases, briefings and, in future, paid or restricted learning experiences. Access terms, pricing or additional conditions for paid products will be presented before purchase or enrolment where applicable.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site design, written content, OI Framework, diagnostic structure, video, graphics, learning materials, branding and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Ignite The Human Spark SEZC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the site for your own lawful professional or personal learning. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, scrape, distribute, modify, create derivative commercial products from, or present OI materials as your own without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

You are responsible for information you submit through the site. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, unlawful or third-party personal information unless you are authorised to do so. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply to you under the laws of another jurisdiction.
